P3 Search obtain silver investors in people award
According to Investors in People, obtaining the silver accreditation on the first assessment is a very rare phenomenon. It is something that P3 is very proud to have achieved.
With the assessment being conducted by Amy Parker of Investors in People, she had the following to say:
“Thanks are due to all staff at P3 who took part in the assessment for giving their time and their honest opinions. Their views contributed significantly to giving me a good understanding of the culture and practices at the organisation, and how people contribute to its success.”
Out of all the global companies with an Investors in People accreditation, only 9% have achieved the silver award. Over 86% have achieved the standard developed stage. With 5% receiving the gold.
When speaking of the assessment itself Amy says:
“P3 is committed to developing a strongly performing team, and interviewees recounted shared learning opportunities and development conversations with leaders and colleagues. Continuous improvement is seen as part of the culture across the organisation. People feel involved and responsible for helping to deliver it. People are encouraged to make improvements in their own roles, as well as to bring ideas and suggestions for wider organisational improvements. There is scope to develop further the business’ use of metrics to analyse the effectiveness of people practices and help to improve the way it manages and develops its people.”
A statement from Nick Werner, Managing Director:
“We now look forward to growing the business and making the improvements necessary to achieve Gold accreditation in the years ahead. ”
