We are actively recruiting for graduate recruitment consultants to join our expanding team.

The Company

P3 are a specialist recruitment agency focusing on three distinct markets: sales, marketing and real estate. We operate from offices in London and Manchester and we deliver our recruitment solutions nationally through a team of highly experienced industry professionals.

The Role

You will work alongside senior consultants being trained and developed to a very high standard to enable you to become a fee earning consultant.

You will learn all aspects of the sales cycle from identifying candidates and managing the candidate journey to prospecting companies and winning new business.

The Person

You will be a recent graduate looking for a career in sales and/or account management. You will be ambitious, tenacious and have a can-do attitude as well as being an effective team player.
