An opportunity to join an innovative IT & Printing solutions supplier as a Business Development Manager who will be key to their next period of growth within the market. The company are based in Worcestershire and the BDM will cover the Midlands patch in a client facing role. 

The Business Development Manager is accountable for delivering new growth across the area. The role will require consultative sales approach looking to open opportunities with potential clients and deliver innovative solutions across the product range. The right person will be driven with a hunter mentality to deliver new clients across the area and maintain further pipeline of opportunities. They will need to be self-confident with a desire to work in a truly excited and challenging environment. As a BDM you will need to understand and influence significant customer business requirements and work with the wider team to deliver a full proposition to provide a service winning solution.

The role will be heavily focused on new business but as the portfolio grows there will be some account management involved and a need to drive customer retention. Ideally the right person would have experience working in a field based role; strong ability to build relationships and a good commercial awareness. Our client is open to seeing candidates from a range of industries but any cross over with print solutions, hardware leasing or similar would be beneficial.
