Our graduate sales training program is second to none.

Graduate sales training is of the up-most importance to us here at P3. We believe that all successful graduates we place should be fully supported within their first 12 months. That’s why we offer two sales training courses to be taken within your first year in your new role. This comes at no cost to you.

We only place high calibre candidates. In our time we have placed hundreds of graduates who have gone on to be highly successful and sought after within the sales industry. Nearly all of the graduates we have placed have built prosperous sales careers. With the help of our graduate sales training offering – P3 Grad, you could be one of them.

Firstly, we start you on a 3-day course in Foundation Selling Skills. This is where you will learn the basics of sales, and what it takes to become a top fee earner in your chosen field. Within this course you will refine the skills that you have learned throughout your education, as you begin to put them into practice.

From here, you will then be placed on a course more specific to the role we have placed you in. For example if you were to tale on a Graduate Business Development Executive role, we would place you on our 2-day Telephone Sales Skills course. Equally so, if your role was for a Graduate Account Manager, we would place you on our Account Management training course.

Once you complete your training, you will be able to implement your new skills, whilst impressing your new employer in your new role.
